I spent about two weeks getting to every bicycle shop in my area searching for the replacement piece, and, believe me, there are a lot of shops. The problem is that I bought a used Master Cycle trailer which did not came with a hitch. I made a huge research with no results. Than I found a couple of very useful reviews here and tried with this one. It was just perfect. Instead of spending another 200.00 or more in new trailer, I found this solution for 7.50. There is nothing wrong with the product itself except it does not fit our schwinn trailer. The product is as promised. It did take a particularly long time to ship and when I inquired about it (on the phone) I was told to call back. It really took 3 contacts to get this product delivered. I am very disappointed that it does not fit! Rating: 3 / 5
the product was shipped from manufacturer and had a defect. The vendor addressed the issue immediately. New one shipped and old one returned at manufacturer’s cost. Not sure what the dog thinks of it, but this vendor great to work with Rating: 4 / 5
